We like to get guys that are highly rated assistants in one role, then use them in another. vErSaTiLiTy.

Also whether they're a good senior coach is pretty irrelevant to whether they're a good assistant or development coach.

How to stop McGrath kicking in ? Ridley stays on the park or you find a few blokes in the back half who can kick.

Ridley, roberts, redman all have better disposal and offensive decision making than mcgrath.

I'd also have Martin and merret kick in to break tags or if they are spending anytine in the backhaf.
