Few Dees posters won't be seen here again.

Good trade though.
Funnily enough I predicted that it would be a pick upgrade back the other way on the Dons board and was abused...

What has this got to do with it?

Essendon will fold on this one.

Isn't Paul Connors the player manager? Ess will gave or it will get very ugly.

Fair trade.

Well done both clubs

Agreed. You dont see too many trades that are 100% fair for both sides. This one appears to be. Well done to Essendon for standing strong for 2nd round pick and well done to Dees for getting a little something back with Hibberd.

Dees did well.

Held out for more than 29 straight swap and got it.
I think both clubs have done ok.
According to the Essendon fans, they were never going to use the pick 59 they gave Melbourne.

There used to be a rule that you had to use any picks that were traded, is that still a rule?
If so, I can only imagine that pick 68 will go to GWS as part of the Stewart deal.

I'm 99% sure that isn't a rule.

Should have been done Day 1. Melbourne get a player for well unders. Essendon the bad guys. Go figure

Yeah but the abuse had nothing to do with your post :p ;)
