I made the early call once JGov signed that MGov would end up at West Coast. I have seen nothing yet to convince me that he is going anywhere else. I expect us to have pick 4.

The big threat is that Gold Coast could go for the Luk-ine twins. If Rozee keeps starring for the Roosters he may be the consolation prize at pick 4.

Part of the Gaff trade. Simplest example is Gaff to St Kilda for pick 4, MM plus ???? (next year first round, Carlton’s second rounder this year) to West coast for pick 4.

This is based on nothing but logic. If West Coast lose Gaff then they will want someone who is going to keep them in the window rather than a high draft pick. Gaff is worth a top 5 draft pick but probably not pick 1 for an outside mid. IMHO, based on recent trades Mitch is worth around pick 5-10 so we will have to sweeten the deal.

That may be a rumor but just to add some more fuel to the fire on AFL360 tonight they confirmed that May has stated he wants out of the GC. Now that he has confirmed he wants out and given that the GC has indicated earlier that they wouldn't keep him if he wanted out does this add more pressure on the GC to look at a bloke like McGov. I would have thought so. I mean no key forward and now no key defender.

Trading on draft day will mean clubs have to have a person with unique skills to get the best deals done. I believe we should hire Joe Hachem for the week or possibly Magnus Carlsen.

We could of course go all in and recruit Kim Jong-un, he seems to be pretty good at squeezing full value from dodgy hands.

Don’t forget that Jabba the Huttchy said that the AFC should stop building up the hopes of Crows fans because there is no way they will get anything more than a compensation pick for Dangerflog. I was broken hearted because I really wanted to see Wayne Milera in crows colours.
