Juggs the concept of adding me to the admin team, ljp as a vote-breaker, and splitting the simmer out from the admin team, is directly in response to feelings that it was autocratic.

Edit: PS: and the committee can vote loss of confidence in an admin. That's where a general member's grievances should start, take them to your team's representative(s).

We've been trying to sort some stuff like that out recently, will get some transparent info to youse soon.
