Yeah, it would be good to see footydraft.com put up a Mock Rookie Draft. Will this be happening?

Hey Grub. Where did that link go?
It's a mystery to me Killer.I'm pretty sure the Local Rookie listing is based around their current living address. That would make Kannis eligible for Brisbane.Mills and Gilbert are still actually living in NSW although Mills did re-locate to a caravan park in Brisbane for 2005.

Not when Sydney pick him up in the PSD.
Sydney will not take part in PSD and even if they did, Pies if they want can take Iles with Pick #2 as it is very unlikely they will take Campo. Pies most probably take Toovey (if still available) with Pick #2 in Rookie draft. If anything will be the other way around.

Thats who those 2 players are training with. Did you get that out of Wednsday's paper? cause it just said players that have been training with clubs not that they are going to take them in the rookie draft.

sydney have taken sam rowe and i beleive they are now tossing up between prior and someone else jackson might be his name
cheers
Need to be a bit more specific, Big Fella. Sydney have 7 (count 'em) rookie picks if they want to use them all, 3 priority (where they put dibs on local kids), and 4 regular. (They'd have 5 if they didn't re-rookie Andrew Hayes, but seeing he's training with 'em and on the official Sydney website as a current rookie despite being officially delisted a month ago, we can take that as a fait accompli.)

So no reason why Sydney can't take both Prior and Rowe as priorities if they're so inclined. If it did come down to a straight pick between the two then I would have thought that Prior would be miles ahead of Rowe unless there's some off-field issue that changes the pecking order (I'm not aware of any). Also, unlike pretty much any other remaining NSW local boy, Prior would be a high chance of getting drafted 'on the open market' by an interstate club if not prioritied.
