Posting Stats - Rd 17
As has been the case sine our recent bye round, The Demons appear to be winding down after a long season at the wrong end of the ladder.
The Demons currently have 17 players averaging more than 10 posts per game, not counting Greenery who's posting has completely died over the past two weeks for no reason at all. Several clubs would love to have 17 players from their team posting in their match thread, but us it was a season low. It's still very decent numbers though, and has the positive of not requiring volunteers to sit out to give everyone a game.
Technically though, we could say there were 18 Demons posters last week as Greenery made an appearance as well.
Headless had a great wek, leading the posting numbers for the first time since R5. He was clearly revved up and providing enthusiastic support of okeydoke7's attempts to not reach 1000 goals in our match.
Okey's potential for failure was probably a factor in Tarkyn_24 finishing in the top three posters for the first time since R2 as well.
Wosh had a great week, as usual, finishing just one post behind Headless.
Last loss for Season 35 coming up this week against the Warriors. Let's not screw it up!

Starting Positions - after Round 17
This week we saw the usual rotations in and out of the team, with Headless moving back to hisnon-specialist position at 2nd interchange, while Bluelegs asked to be left out for the week to give him a chance to track down his lost luggage.
manangatang was moved yet again to accommodate re-shuffles within the team. That is now six weeks in a row where he has changes positions, and he's only played the same position in consecutive weeks once since Round 8. I'm betting on another move this week to enable Bluelegs to have a run at half forward for the final round.
cats2rise moved to the forward pocket, breaking the interchange partnership between himself and Headless for the first time of the season with the exception of one of them being emergency as part of rotations.

Not an ideal season for us in Season 35, but I thoroughly enjoyed it regardless. Losing is a lot less painful when you have a good group of posters to get by with.

I think all the losses and spoon added a certain camaraderie and humour to the season, I had a great time taking the piss out of ourselves and eachother 
It gave me a insight into the quality of the people in this team and the great culture here.
