Honestly, I'm a bit sulky about this pick and not getting Berry whom we actually needed...but that probably means Reid is going to be our best mid in 3 years time, future brownlow medalist and lifelong Freo player who takes unders to stay here and keep the group together given my history on the subject.

It's the double whammy of juuust missing out on a need followed immediately by picking someone surplus to needs.

I'm sure Reid'll be a fine player who will settle in to the lifestyle here but it's hard not to be disappointed that we didn't do more to trade up for Berry knowing he would've rounded off the list nicely.
