Dunstan v2.0

Looks like Essendon wouldn’t have taken him either, hence Port trading up two spots to grab Sinn ahead of them. And West Coast weren’t taking him as they were evidently always locked in to Chesser.

Had live trading not been available we’d have taken Wang at 11, West Coast Chesser at 12, Essendon Sinn at 14 and Port were clearly not keen on Hobbs either, so maybe he’s not all that after all.

Because we are in desperate need of MIDFIELDERS (not players) with outside run and class and skills.

We have spent the last decade drafting non midfielders in the hopes of turning them into one.
And here we are doing more of the same which has got us into the classless midfield group we enjoy today.

That's where the disappointment comes from.

Mids we already have Steele, Crouch, Gresham, Clark, Bytel, Byrnes and Jones all who can win it inside ...... Higgins might get more mid time as well and likely Owens who should come in

I like the fact NWM has some height about him 188cm is pretty bloody good.

He may be 70kg atm but give him a few years and he's going to be a good size.

This, and might end up 190 if he hasn’t stopped growing like some of these kids. That’s a great size.
