Little contradictive isn't it?
I claimed Rama was in our best 22. You said he wasn't.
I claimed Rama was one of, if not one of the best clearance players at the club. You said he wasn't.
I claimed Rama would make an impact on our side. You said he wasn't.
Rama getting cancer again does not prove you right or me wrong.
Regardless, Rama came back, is now in our best 22 and proved he still has class around stoppages. So any way you want to look at it, you were wrong and I was right (again).

Maybe next year he will after a full preseason.. But this year from the games he played in the AFL he was definately not in our best 22

With melbourne having decided & waiting to release the name, itis looking like they have chosen Sheeds.
So hopefully we will either get Hardwick or Bomber, if the club can entice him to leave the Cats.

Lets base it on facts first, i never made mention that Rama wasn't in our best 22 when fully fit! fact. however I made mention that in his first year after knee reconstruction and having cancer that it was highly unlikely to expect him to be in our best 22 straight away and that he alone wouldnt help our midfield. I made mention that not many people who have suffered a knee reconstruction yet alone have cancer which had a high chance of re-occuring would meet demands of AFL senior footy straight away and you disagreed with that opinion. well as it turned out he didnt have an impact and whilst unfortunately i was proved right u still cant accept that???
I mean thats like a person placing a bet on ben cousins or chriss jud at the start of the year for a million to win the brownlow then saying to the bookie hang on can i have that back i didnt know that cuz would have drug problems or judd would get OP.
Next year I hink Rama will only improve but really he is only in our best 22 this year because A) he needed that self confidence boost but he really isn't ready for it and thats understandable and B) because we are crap.
Dont make false statements that make others think you are right. and u should retract your statement from mantis until you can prove otherwise. your pig headed. are u party of the save essendon campaign?

It is looking very much like Dean Bailey will get the job at Melbourne. Don't think we'll get Thompson, but Hardwick is my preference now.

Im a bad person for sticking up for someone else? ok sure??????? someone create another forum for personal attacks and u can slay me all u want but I dont like the fact that longy seems to be this messiah who can dictate who is right and who is wrong and then a bunch of sheep follow in his path, if i feel he is wrong i should be able to speak my mind, u cant make damning statements unless u can back the facts.

You're a bad person for revelling in Rama's unfortune. I dont have a view one way or another on Longy413, but the from what I gather he said Rama would be good, you said he wouldn't Rama had a relapse and you decried "Yes, I am win I win Rama isn't playing yay". Is that pretty much the gist of it?

Whoever they announce as coach is going to be involved at another AFL club currently.
The board have to approve the decision first, at the moment they only have a recommendation.

It all started because I said Rama was our best clearance player. And providing he was fit (which is a given, you don't pick a bloke who isn't) he would be in our best side and be capable of making an impact.
