Castore need to remove the brand name from the guernsey and just go with the wings. No idea why a brand has such fine detailed lettering in their logo which simply wont be seen on a telecast. Should remove and use that space to make the wings logo bigger

Feel like in time they will. The brand still not that big here in Australia and most people will have no idea who Castore is.

They’ve used white text for the lendi logo on most of the merch rather than putting it in a white box, is this real life?

I literally do this as a profession and this is a case of the company saying "But our logo text is black so it has to be in a white square", but it does nothing to enhance the look of the brand. Then someone shows them the colours inverted so it doesn't require an ugly white square and although its probably against their brand guidelines, it works better in that environment and makes the overall product look better

overlapping v neck collar with piping is the best collar you can get. Probably will result in a bunch of torn jumpers depending on how well they have built it, but it looks class.

Nike collar also has the overlapping V neck. their fabric looks weak too so I'm expecting a few ripped ones there also

If the west coast kit is 130, i would hate to see how much a league kit costs. I think the most expensive I've seen was 120, 110 is becoming more and more common.

I’m talking about the men’s league gear. There are men’s and women’s replicas but the men’s are way expensive compared to the women’s version

Canterbury do it for the New Zealand Warriors and there's not many examples of torn collars despite a lot more tackling in the NRL compared to the AFL

The fact that Castore don't have a background in a full on contact sport like AFL or rugby (believe they have only been in soccer, cricket and tennis so far) is what makes me concerned about it. Canterbury are seasoned professionals unlike Castore.

I really hope they end up lowering the AFL and HJs logos a bit, they shouldn't be in line with the Castore logo. I get it's an illustration, but the first foray into the AFL world makes you nervous...

The only way they can get it right is by launching themselves into the scene.

Because they want to attract more women to purchase the gear over the men’s gear so they’d sell it at a much lower profit margin to move more units.

I’ve never seen an NRL Guernsey for less than $170, I must be looking in the wrong spots
