So long as the sponsor logo isn’t bigger than the manufacturer logo it is replacing, it shouldn’t matter.

You’ll find the reason for this happening is apparel suppliers don’t want to stump up the cash for a license so a sponsor takes the space and pays the cash.

Pulling through the HJs drive through today, Rory seemed to be wearing a collar that was a slight variation on last year's jumper. Might be wrong but the bib didn't look as wide as the 2022 jumper.
