NFL Div 3 - Season 2012

Haven't been down to many div 3 games this year as i just came back from overseas.
And i kept an eye out on the scores while in the states and have seen mernda are struggling as of late. Can anyone let me in on news/injuries etc. Looks as panton hill have nearly cemented a spot in division 2 next season.

Jack, Mernda ones will win the flag, don't worry about the PH defeat the ground served up played right into the hands of the slower older PH players, in fact I have said before it will be a Mernda/Resa GF with Mernda easily outclassing yhe Mustangs,the two's for those of you who care will be a St Marys/PH GF, yes Mernda have yet to lose a game but heard at the PH game a lot of their two's have pull the pin or are injured

I suppose every side has a little slump and it is good that mernda had it a few weeks back.. From what i heard Rohan Davies will be favourite for the best and fairest in the comp along with Joffa Byron. But as i havent been down all year, who are the players to look out for for mernda come finals?
And if you are right in what you said about the 2s, not good signs at all. Lets hope it is only rumour.

The Mernda 2's are absolute favorites for a flag, they will shit it in. Dont know where you get your info from AH. The only real injury is Arcus, with a broken jaw, but should be right for the finals.

Proud of the boys on Saturday. Really fought hard all day in trying conditions.

Would just like to give a special mention to the Ressa player who knocked our kid out behind play. Had to be stretchered off the ground. A really dirty dog act and you were twice the size of him.

Penultimate round, but not for St Mary's their final game , and will it actually be? because if Parkside win and St Mary's lose then they lose fourth spot and no finals.

St Marys play Mernda and on a ground where they will be able to run and carry. Mernda will show why they will win the flag outclassing St Marys by at least 10 goals.

Panton Hill will beat Watsonia at Cracknell by about 3-4 goals,unless it is a bog heap and they will by a lot more as they are well suited to the very heavy grounds not so good on top of it.

St Marys you will play in the finals as West will knock off Parkside by about 11 points unless the following week Parkside can beat Resa, no chance against the side that will play Mernda in the GF

Davies, Aqualina, Volpe has been down the games I have seen and will rise in the finals, Robinson will be back hasn't played for many a week due to Coburg duties and I assume will be released for the finals,no side will be able to match them all up on a flat fast ground....no-one and that is one of the many reasons Mernda will easiliy win the flag.

St Marys held Mernda fairly well for the first half of the last encounter at Whatmough Park . If its wet, it will be a lot closer, but on a fine day, Mernda by 8 goals.

Panton Hill vs Watsonia - The Redbacks are back on the winning track and should comfortably take care of the halo-less Saints no matter what the state of the paddock.
West Heidelberg vs Parkside - Can't see the Devils giving up their potential finals spot with a loss here against the Hawks.
St Marys vs Mernda - The season end this week for the Saints unless they can get over the premiership favorite Demons here which I'm sure they won't.

He almost got the margin right too (they won by 17 didn't they?).

Was happy hearing of the win, although Joshy Delaney is in hospital apparently... that's not good news. Hopefully he is fine, pretty important cog for our mob. Last game against Watsy next week before the finals. Another win would be nice for our confidence.

Josh is getting a vertabrae fused, and has a bruised spine.. Thanks to the St Marys people who helped out with Josh on the day.

Thoughts on the Parkside vs Ressa game. Will Parkside come out blazing, or with a whimper? They got caught out big time last week. Will Ressa flog them?

Unfortunately i am only on this thing once a week, but people on here bag me but I actually follow (this year) Div 3 pretty closely.
