just found a read some of the stuff from the northern footy shows team. what is the actual issue. nothing over the top just a different look at promotion your league and its participants especialy when the paid staff dont seem to be doing much.
or is there more to it?

100 per cent gut feel and nothing else but I reckon the idea they had of the footy record with clubs profitting from it was the one that had the league taking "action" in the end I think, i.e them profitting from other media that wasn't NFNL-related

not sure where they are based but really hope it could be transformed into the essendon footy show or eastern footy show, maybe another league will show them a little more compassion

I think they're all pretty local to Northern Suburbs, and seem to have knowledge and connections within the NFNL - would be hard to build that in a new league.

They're also doing some work with the DVCA, the local cricket association, so it looks like that league has chosen to embrace, as opposed to stomping out.

So the leader Herald Sun released a press article today calling out the NFNL for shutting down the footy show and then.....the round 1 games for 2025 that isn't released on the NFNL website is leaked to ONLY the leader HS where you have to pay WTF?? Free media has left us. It's local footy
