Probably because most of the blokes they recruit go there for a semi retirement package or lazy culture.

Spoke to a former Prez who said they pay overs via getting sponsors to foot the bill.

You’re kidding yourself if you think your Mob lower plenty isn’t, especially after the 4 figure deals they have given P.Flynn the past 2 seasons!
That lazy culture was 1-1 with LP this year too btw so don’t throw stones brutal

I reckon Patt Flynn looked near career best shape compared to previous seasons. Not the look of a bloke who was “lazy”

It was a jab at his reference to their club being lazy, and yet they beat his own club which is a former div 1 club and supposed to not be ‘lazy’

Decent pick up by Watsy. Very good get by Thomo also. Smith is a huge get. VFL bnf in 2023. From what I see there’s a lot of serial posters on here who only bag certain clubs.

Believe he played 10 for Doveton last season. Will all be dependent on his form and Melb AFL injury list id guess.
