Despite not one person on this thread stating 'Daicos should be considered a/the GOAT'.

Why do you guys have to continually make shite up and misrepresent what posters are saying?

Or is it just that you don't have the intellectual capacity to comprehend what is being written?
Just stop fudge, you started a thread about whether young Nicki could be a GOAT, and with each response that doesn't validate your views, you persist by using contradictory data to try and convince people to your way of thinking

It's truly hilarious

Interesting you have Curnow, Butters, Walsh and Taylor in there, when their respective bodies of work are arguably inferior or at best similar to that of Daicos?
HEY, it's just my opinion. I might be wrong. I do value key position players and I would be more than happy if Sam Taylor and Charlie Curnow played for Collingwood. Would fix our 2 glaring holes. Nick's start to his career has been off the charts but so far only the start.
I do want to see an improvement from last year when we play Hawthorn. They will use similar tactics as last year, often illegal, to stop him. It's the ultimate test when you are playing against someone who has no interest in the ball and wears you like a shadow. Some very good players have struggled with such attention.

As for SAM Walsh, I have a lot of empathy for him as I have had serious back problems. He was already an a grade player for a couple of seasons and to come back from a serious back injury and have the season he had was first rate. Huge fan of Butters also.

All good.

I have a lot of empathy for Paddy Dow as I believe he falls short of AFL standard (like me).

But I'm not rating him ahead of Daicos because of it...

Daicos has put himself on that pedestal, by virtue of his performance.

1600 posts in three weeks - is there another player in the competition who would garner that type of reaction from the BigFooty faithful?
JHF racked up 300 in 48hrs for all the wrong reasons but you'll also find him with his head over the ball or bottom of the pack and all with only 1 full preseason in 3 years.
None of which we can say about Nick.

The post count isn't exactly surprising if you look at the 5 who are engaging with him - 400 posts between them including yourself.

The thread is mostly a 5 on 1 war of attrition between a few Carlton/Richmond diehards and a Collingwood supporter who is happy to keep it going.
I've got atleast another 6 months in me. Then I'm heading off to Iceland and Norway to see the northern lights. Arr0w and Worm4 will hold down the fort without me

Their input is getting pretty boring to be honest.

I like to be challenged when in a debate, none of those five have what it takes to continue to intellectually stimulate me.
