He’s a high quality individual and a standard setter. Already the best player on the list by far at 19, there’s a strong chance he could emulate Duck by receiving the Captaincy at 21.

Can stat pad all you like loose in defence but playing starting midfield is a whole other kettle of fish and those that do, are absolutely worth their weight in gold. Seeing the gap between Daicos and JHF and him now.

In saying that, it’s where he needs to stay. Needs the time to grow and learn to be a centre midfielder and he will carve it up in due time.

Mate if you want to pull up old posts how about you go back and pull up all the ones from earlier this year where I was pushing for him to be played in the midfield. Yet still there was endless Roos supporters who didn’t want that to happen and wanted him to stay down back.
