I reckon Carmody does a pretty good job. He knows the game better than most commentators. Gatt and O’Shea look similar enough that they are causing a lot of grief for everyone it seems.

He also gets the players names mixed up alot too.

Ash Riddell is a great player but if I see her having a shot from more than 30 metres out again I’m going to lose my s**t.

Would prefer Abba to have taken those shots instead of passing to Riddell.

We are currently in the 5th year of a 5-year AFLW deal with the Tas govt.


No reason we shouldn't win 7 games. There's the chance of a mid-road team with a softer draw winning 7 or 8 and sneaking into the top 4 ahead of us.

Regardless of whether we finish top 4, the safe bet at this stage is we will be playing the Bulldogs in week 2 of finals. Then probably playing Melbourne in the PF.

That's a big call this far out.

It's not a difficult concept.

"Safe bet" = prediction based on the favourite winning, i.e. most likely outcome.

Well, accents actually since there is a fair difference between Ulster or Cork (O’Shea) or Meath (Wall) etc.
Really liking what we’ve seen of the Irish girls so far and there’s more to come as they get more accustomed to the game.
