Out coaches Simmo. Gave them the easy kick out the back but made sure they didn’t get easy intercept marks. Pushed Eagles wide, and made sure we had guys front and square when we went forward.

But most importantly, fixed up our clearances after the first quarter.

Thank **** Brad Scott is nowhere near our footy club anymore.

It sounds like it’s true that he had a lot to do with the Brisbane turnaround.

For a club that sits at the bottom of the ladder I am sure enjoying the ride.

It’s had the lowest of lows, but how could you not love what he has this group delivering in the last 4 weeks.

If Snake wasn't banned, he'd be in deep sh*t trying to explain his take on Noble's coaching. He was literally the only one here who couldn't see it.

No, he'd be taking credit for the "new" gameplan and talking about how he was right all along.

Clearly driving a standard at training that just wasn’t there during Scott’s tenure.
Scott went on too long.

He never had a clear plan to develop a side, he was too busy topping up and hanging on.

Im just glad he is nowhere near this playing list.

It stood out against the dogs that we are all of a sudden.. showing skills. Criss-crossing with low bullet passes. Exhibit A: Hall

Where did this come from? We've been in every game since the bye.

Rick18 wrote about an expansive style we were trying to implement early in the year when we we’re getting pounded. It’s starting to come together.

Even the VFL side is starting to fall into line with a similar style of footy and have been similarly competitive.

This guy is the real deal. I have so much confidence in him overcoming any obstacle including his own deficiencies (if he has any) by just working the problem.
It is so satisfyingly to hear that “the training standards have gone through the roof” because that has always been the problem. At our club, unity and spirit is never the issue, the issue has always been the “process”.

I have to admit to not seeing the game plan early doors but hard work and patience pays off in the long run. This team obviously still has a long way to go but the signs are very encouraging.

Exciting times ahead.
Players have not wavered one bit from what noble is implementing.
Even when we were getting pounded early in the year.
I haven’t seen our club so United in years.
That’s been the big tick on Noble this year.

No matter how low we have been, he has kept these guys believing and enjoying their footy.

It’s been a constant message all year, even when we were getting hammered, how much these guys love rocking up each week and want to get better.

We have a plan and a process to get success and it’s not going to happen overnight.

I feel like the players at the start of the year didn’t understand their role. The fitness was shocking, training was shit, the club was in a rabble but Noble kept the morale high.

I’d rather a slow and patient process because we all know easy fixes do not ****ing work. A slow build is sustainable and a quick win to a shit loss is not.

Noble is developing “consistency”

Clearly driving a standard at training that just wasn’t there during Scott’s tenure.

And we just didn't just kick the ball down the line either to McGovern and Barrass.

Sure they got intercepts but they were deep, not between the arcs. McGovern even got caught trying to zone instead of playing his man.

All those turnovers early in the year are starting to pay dividends.

Guys like TT, Stevo, Simpkin, LDU, Hall, JZ, Cunners bite off the angles with low trajectory passes.

After the horror show early in the season, previous coaching may have gone back to safe, predictable, down the line football and death by a thousand cuts.
