As a general rule our policy is we are not in favour of making up the numbers in finals PC, leave that to the vanilla clubs. However, should we make it, it is generally our policy to make a little bit of an impact, much like the Hawks and Demons, the only 3 clubs to boast a 60%+ finals win record.
Still, you guys do boast a 47% finals w/l record so you are almost as much chance of winning any final as you are of losing. Unless you play us or Melbourne of course, where your win % drops to under 30. But you know, you have won 6 of your 23 finals against us, so it is not like you would have absolutely no chance
. I am still trying to work out how you outscored us in the 2013 finals series after failing to outscore us in any of your 14 previous finals series where you met us dating back to 1920.
. However, you are without doubt the closest thing to a bogey Grand Final team for us, being the only club to topple us in a Grand Final since 1945. 1972, 1982……
2022 also ends in 2 so might be best we avoid playing you in the Grand Final this season…..if you believe in patterns of course.
