Cotton On probably gave them franchisesSo Oliver and Smith to Geelong now. Surely they're running out of farms and pubs by now.
That list is very accurate on which clubs should be in the elite national competition.
The bottom 9 clubs speak for themselves - they pay their own way.
Add in Sydney, Brisbane and Tassie to make it a 12 team elite competition - 22 rounds of home and away - An actual fair draw and better skilled games as the talent isn't spread so thin - win/win.
Drop the 7 clubs who are just burdens that add nothing but keep their hands out for more GC, GWS, Norf, Saints, Melbourne, Bullflogs and Port Powah.
Gold again from the GWS Social Media team.
You tell us Mrs scoopsBut is Peatling there?
Well now, that’s not very nice. You tell us Mrs scoops
It was a compliment, can you tell us more about the advantage we may have?Well now, that’s not very nice.

Well then I’ve completely missed that. Unless it was what I just read from jeffcrowe about helping him with his off field passion? It’s already been discussed.
No, there’s that but also the fact that his significant other is besties with Cummings wife. Apparently one of the biggest problems with attracting players without an attachment to Adelaide (either from here originally or partner is), is getting their partners to also want to come here. I suspect Sloane accompanied Dawson when they met up with him recently to speak to that point. His and Belinda’s lifestyle in Adelaide, the opportunities Belinda has had etc. cost of living, standard of living.Well then I’ve completely missed that. They aren't getting draper without a top 3 pick. It isn't happeningI am fully expecting them to at the last minute when it looks like Houston won't get them what they want for pushing him out, another player with worth being told to look around. They are DESPERATE to get into this draft AND Draper is their primary target. I heard this a long way out from a couple of my Port mates who are in and around the club. Will be interesting to see if they can make it happen now if Houston ends up staying

Not to young men and women whose social lives are used to Sydney and Melbourne. Sleepy old Adelaide doesn’t cut the mustard for a lot of them. Adelaide is not a metropolis. It’s just a fact. Great place to raise a family. Great place to retire (for six months at any rate). But what is there to do for these upwardly mobile dinks? Regardless of what WE think about Adelaide, it’s the perception of these young folk forced to leave their families, friends and social lives to an unknown quantity, that matters. Many people fear the not living in Melbourne or Sydney for there careers. There really has to be more education on it. For example, Zoom has all but taken the need out of having to live in the same state with many lucrative careers happening well away from the corporate offices. There is also the fact many business people commute the hour to Melbourne multiple times a week for business meetings so Im a little tired of the excuse Adelaide lacks opportunities. It really is a lazy lie.
Again its an hour to Melbourne to see Coldplay , go to the casino and or a nightclubNot to young men and women whose social lives are used to Sydney and Melbourne. Watched Dixon on the backchat podcast, interestingly he hated it when he first came, now he’s going to stay here into retirement. Not to young men and women whose social lives are used to Sydney and Melbourne. Loves his wine does Charlie, I often run into him at one of the wife and my favourite little spots in the hills.Watched Dixon on the backchat podcast, interestingly he hated it when he first came, now he’s going to stay here into retirement.

(Understand it’s not for everyone, but if people gave it a chance)

He's a pretty good fella really.
His words "I'm not the most talented bloke, I had to do something to stay in the side !!!"Most footballers are. He just gets white line fever.
Yeah my nephew was neighbours in Parkside with Charlie for years before he moved to Sterling and said the same thingLoves his wine does Charlie, I often run into him at one of the wife and my favourite little spots in the hills.
