It was definitely sorta legal at the time. And if you go full libertarian with it, the employer should be able to make their own call on working conditions. If you go full USA on it you should be able to fire people with no cause too. So free market ftw.I'd like to say it is a bit of a grey area, paying his contract out because he doesn't get an injection...but two court cases kinda disagree with my view
