I'm not sure he'd be sending pics like that to her, would be the gist of his statementWas his wife in the photo too?

The books?Can you smell what’s Carlton’s cooking
At the end of the day though, this will be his record:Jim Courier when pressed on this point called him an amateur in the way he ran his business.
Nick has great physical talent but an immaturity which killed any chance of a career of great heights. Seems like he was also hampered by surrounding himself with back slappers. Wasted tennis talent which is a shame.

The statement says 'his account was compromised'.... But what type of hacker would do this only? Was his wife in the photo too?
Edit... I gather was just him but he tagged Naomi Morton who is a BUPA director... BUPA were a club sponsor. Was he having an affair with her & confusing sms & x?
Well not even that. After two years like the AFL / St Kilda bloke he will be magically redeemed. To protect his commercial reputation outside football ….. we’ll find you not guilty (pardon) ..provided you resign and not have a future role in footy
That sounds quite logical. Why hasn't she been charged by the police? It's an illegal act.I have reasonable confidence in my source for the Sayers thing.
So the story goes, the pic is real and his and was posted by his wife. Their marriage is all but over and she is currently living in Italy. She found out he was having an affair with the Bupa exec and wanted to burn them both publicly so she logged into his X account, posted it and tagged her.
Would explain the use of the word 'compromised' in the findings and not hacked.
Maybe he wants to save the mariage and decided against pressing chargesThat sounds quite logical. Why hasn't she been charged by the police? It's an illegal act.
Yeah, the pointy end where Kyrgios exists is so concentrated, and so lucrative, but you’re right that there is another stratosphere beyond that which requires levels of sacrifice that are absolutely enormous.
However I still think he’ll regret it given how much talent he has. Your 20s is the time to make that sort of sacrifice.
skam85 did say that she's in Italy. It's illegal here - but it may not be illegal there. Hard for the Australian police to charge her while she remains overseas, and it's probably not a big enough charge for them to pursue extradition. That sounds quite logical. Why hasn't she been charged by the police? It's an illegal act.
Would explain stating it wasn’t him and not quitting on the spot.I have reasonable confidence in my source for the Sayers thing.

"Now that you've posted a dick pic on social media, I'd also like you to not have a job"Id say his wife would have something to do with his resignation
Scorned"Now that you've posted a dick pic on social media, I'd also like you to not have a job"
Assuming that's so, can't he just claim "it's not my Dick" and apologize and move on?I have reasonable confidence in my source for the Sayers thing.

It maybe something to be proud ofAssuming that's so, can't he just claim "it's not my Dick" and apologize and move on?
Its an odd one, but he's been unable to escape scandals in his business career and now this.Would explain stating it wasn’t him and not quitting on the spot.
If it’s true why did he actually resign? Having relationship with a sponsor? Poor PR?
Because I wouldn’t have thought having an affair is a sackable offence.
Must be worth losing the salary for!It maybe something to be proud of

He wouldn't be getting paid for the Carlton job. If anything, they'd be expecting him to donate to the club.Must be worth losing the salary for!

Just because you have access to someone's account doesn't mean it's legal to post their nudes online.Didn’t she post it on his X a/c and not hers?
Can you charge someone if it is posted on their own a/c, to have access means she had the password, if she had the password then he has provided to her which puts him in contravention of the terms and conditions.
If it was on his a/c did he delete the post and when?
Sorry, haven’t been following so could have this all wrong. Happy to be corrected.
PS : couples sharing passwords - well can be serious consequences.
I think there has to be a "victim" who objects, in this case the "other woman". Surely, she would be able to initiate a police case? I'm sure they could establish who actually sent it.Didn’t she post it on his X a/c and not hers?
