They are 100% back.

Back to being front runners who look a million dollars against bottom teams.

Let's hope they really believe they are back and sign Hinkley to an extension.
Port's next games...

St Kilda (A) - Cazalys, so neutral
Bulldogs (H) - free fall from preliminary game
North (A) - another easy kill
Geelong (A)

Would guess they are likely to go 2-2... taking them to 3-7.

Can't see them winning 13 of their remaining 16 games to play finals, as think they are likely to drop 2 in the next month.

Pound for pound right now, if their list was at full strength and their best 22 was on the park, theyd be better than us right now. But thats because they have five 30yos and a zillion 27-30yos. The difference is that with each game we get better as they essentially have no where to go and the list has been proven to not be premiership worthy. They have drafted well in some cases but not well enough to cover the star players they rely on every week. the cliff is coming and coming fast. The 5 injuries theyve had shouldnt have exposed them so badly and suggests that cliff is coming fast. Boak, Gray, Dixon, McKenzie and Motlop all need to be retired at the end of the year. But they wont, its hilarious, I think Gray will retire but thats it. Next year will be this all in effort for the premiership. But any player who leaves their club for port at the promise of premierships has been badly ill advised. I made a bet we will win both showdowns this year and i got laughed at. Next year we will be a genuine force where as Port will be 2019 us.
Surprising how poor their depth is. Compare to the Dèes who have brought in more depth players to best place them to get another flag.

We have got a glimpse of them this year without Dixon, Gray & Lycett at times. The former 2 in particular won't be around for much longer.

Finlayson may be ranked elite by champion data but he is flakey. Marshall too. That really only leave Georgiades as a gun key forward.

Their defence is suspect when Allir Alliir is out or not match fit.

Boak is still one of their best mids.

They are going to have more missing pieces to find soon...

Did McComb play his first game after six seasons on the list?
Don't think so.

He has been playing in their reserves team but don't think he has been on their AFL list for long.

On the AFL’ Round So Far show this morning, the Saturday Star was Connor Rozee for “starring” in the training run yesterday. One win and they’re already unbearable.
Comedy gold. The second biggest front-runner in the game gets the ball a lot playing against the most decimated team in the comp, but is the Saturday Star. Which of the fckwits chose the winner. FMD

Phillips can’t get a game? WTF. Wasn’t he coming good late last year?
