Opinion Non-Crows AFL 6: This Is Getting Cruel

Had my first run in with a bonafide port floggo today at work.

Knew he was a port supporter from his car, and i'm walking in front of him in the office, and he literally jumps into a tirade about the crows being jealous of port getting JHF (this is to my back), and that Rankine is a ******** and he knows him from junior footy, before saying "you're a crows supporter aren't you, I can just tell by looking at you".

Then literally spends 5 mins saying how s**t we are still because we beat North and WC twice, and even then we struggled, and that the showdown was a fluke and our best players are Sloane and Walker and they'll be gone end of next year.

I literally said nothing to the guy to start any conversation initially.

When he finally left I was like

The irony is that I wouldnt call it jealousy, most on here praised Port for getting Horne for unders. Most conceded we had no chance, once he picked Port too.

Our baby inbred neighbor cousins have a massive insecurity complex.

But seriously I can usually pick a Port supporter, but more by their attitude to life rather than they way they look.
They’re commonly bitter and sour people with a nasty streak.

lol, I was watching the news featuring the Rankine trade while in the dentist's chair last week, he told me he is a Crows supporter.

I asked him, why didnt you ask me who I support, he said because you can afford to see me.

It’s not even the socio-economic stereotype thing (largely wrong) It seriously is the ‘type’ of character in a person. They’re generally…unpleasant people.….except for every Port supporting friend of mine.

Yep. Koch is desperate, gotta get a flag in Ken’s last year or the arrangement will be exposed for the bad deal it is

No. When I visited a customers presence I’d gaze around the room to identify their interests, whether it was footy, strong family presence, travel momentos etc.

Something you could then raise and show interest. If I saw Port I would tread more carefully.
