I am assuming its because the head heights are so low to parts of this grandstand that you have to duck when entering hence the reason they called it the Joel Selwood stand

just looks a glutton to me. He'd try and buy them back for a 50% premium if the returning owner put them back on the market within seconds. I can understand diversifying outside of AFL broadcast rights, but he seems to have expanded for expansion's sake.
Another classic sign is that he paid himself a half million $ bonus by further eating up his line of credit. Guy is a glutton.
