Collingwood won 11 games decided by 6 points or less over the last two seasons in the minor round - didn’t lose one game by 6 points or less.

Looks like this year is not going to be the Pies year.

If Brisbane next week, they will be 0-4 and will be very much likely to missing finals. Very little room for error.

Oscar Allen out for 2 months! West coast's only good player, he's back in time to play is though

You'd expect being out that long he'd play a week or so in the WAFL before returning to the AFL side, which should mean he'll be out for our game against them.

With West Coast's list there is no chance he plays WAFL

With the amount of close games they won last year. Collingwoods season could have been incredibly different. They weren't what I would call an absolute dominant premiership side and a clear best team.

Huge loss as their best player imo.

Makes them now a good chance for the spoon.

Better to be bottoming out now 👍
And the list has a lot of holes to fill yes, but the work has already been in progress across the last three off seasons. There is some talent accumulated, I think we may bounce back quicker than what some think.
Need to get that priority pick this year and if Reid leaves, make sure you collect a good bounty on him.

3 solid years of rebuilding. Better to tank and get those picks and rebuild properly.

There won’t be any tanking required. We are (very) likely to be bottom two again (if not bottom one 🤣). This will be year 3 in the bottom four. How much we improve next year is an unknown. Don has stated that we will be looking to use trades and FA more in the list build (historically we have built our lists in the draft only, only trading in players when we are in finals contention).

Tis a different world now!

After reading the article below, its time the Crows claim all the flags we won in the SANFL bar the ones that Port Magpies won. :drunk:

The Age reports the Swans are now treating all 10 premierships won over the club’s history equally - the three in the VFL era, the two in the AFL era, plus five won by South Melbourne in the VFA.

Bit early to be suggesting that isn’t it?

The end of the day no one under 40-45 gives a shit about anything that doesn’t say AFL next to it
