Yep, if they can keep Larkey and Xerri fit, they will improve immensely this season.

If you want to see a team that has prioritised midfield strength alongside good ball movers, watch north. they are young so will dip in and out and still lose games they "should" win, and their main weakness is a lack of tall/strong backline, but at least they play good football that is exciting to watch. chalk and cheese to yesterdays crows game style.

They definitely take a "likely probability" approach in their assessment compared to DRS in cricket.

You could never definitively rule out the soft call for a Freo goal.
