Who is the pies fitness coach? These guys just run all day. It really is the difference last year and seems so this year.

I don't reckon we have the individual talent to take these teams on. Happy to be wrong but I can't see us outscoring them, nor shutting them down enough
They were saying on fox not an ACL, but medial or something so 4-6Stewart in a knee brace..didnt realise he'd hurt himself that bad...could be a while out
Our midfield isn't that much better than the other top sides. But the flanks of other sides destroys ours. Very weak area for us unless people step up out of no where. We’ve got supreme individual talent but it’s concentrated in the middle, pies basically have a whole 22 that are all really good kicks and not afraid to take the game on. Honestly reminds me of peak hawthorn how they pick teams apart.
45-50kWhat are we thinking for tomorrow night? Our crowds were pretty rubbish last year

Never seen a team that can sustain that level of breakneck footy for four quarters. There's usually a drop off late. Carlton last year for example.Collingwood are a difficult team to play against, when they are behind they just keep coming and when they gain the lead they defend well. Geelong just didn't look like scoring in the last quarter. You basically need to out Collingwood to beat them or have a big enough lead and hold on like Sydney in the preliminary final.
Not sure Carlton and Collingwood played similar at all. Pies get you on the outside, blues were a b grade version of us smashing you on the inside.Never seen a team that can sustain that level of breakneck footy for four quarters. There's usually a drop off late. Carlton last year for example.
I keep thinking the same thing but they just seem to do it week after week.Never seen a team that can sustain that level of breakneck footy for four quarters. There's usually a drop off late. Carlton last year for example.
Paul Roos? But yeah Fly is awesome tbf. Not sure why you’re so down on us though, we’re going deep this year.Lol when Collingwood finish near the bottom they hire a coach who gets them playing the most exciting footy in the AFL, when we go to the bottom we hire a coach who nearly kills the club
Also worth noting it’s Round 1 and this is typically both the highest scoring round as well as first real contact with new game plans. Plus perfect conditions.Never seen a team that can sustain that level of breakneck footy for four quarters. There's usually a drop off late. Carlton last year for example.
