according to wikipedia North offered him 7 years and 8 million dollars....But yeah its probably funnier that he is stuck with West Coast.

From memory the only priority picks handed out recently are the 2nd and 3rd round picks given to North last year which they had to trade (for Logue). In 2018 GC and Carlton were given access to pre-listed/state league players. Carlton traded theirs for some picks and McGovern. Gold Coast picked up Collins, Corbett, and Burgess. The mid season draft has kind of diluted that benefit now though.

Also, West Coast may not have ****ed up so much list management wise if they let him go

Flip side is they could have lost him, got some decent picks and ****ed them up too and lost a would-be important player.

It’s a crying shame that Matt Priddis robbed that 2014 Brownlow off Fyfe due to the suspension. A triple Brownlow medalist would have cemented his legacy as one of the best of all time, not matter what any media flog says - now these media idiots think Guys like hodge, Bont and Scarlett are somehow comparable. Even Pendlebury has just been consistent rather than spectacular. For me he was never at the true game breaking superstar level of the very top players. In fact he’s really just a hyped up David Mundy

I like the pod generally but I find they spend too much time talking about all Australians - at times it feels like I might as well be reading the Rolling AA thread on the main board. Especially Nick - i think he’s pretty lazy in thinking of his points and usually just goes with “is X or Y player an AA this year?”

Also normally fast forward the 5 min of craptalk at the start of each episode

I'd only have Judd and Buddy in front of Pavlich, maybe Voss. Don't rate Ablett jnr that high with all the seagull one twos. Most of the rest are not even close IMO. Goodes, Reiwoldt (presuming they mean Nick)? Yes, they're close, but Martin? His best footy just wasn't for long enough and rest, pls.
