Collingwood have never looked much but they've won a flag and keep finding a way to stay in games and win them more often than not .

Apart from the natural advantage of being Collingwood I can't help but think they're very very well coached and respond to whatever it is they're being asked to do.

Freo just plain sucked that quarter. If the switch is not available, they bring it back and then kick long to a total flood. Inevitably they turn over the ball for a goal the other way.

Alternate likelihood... In the unlikely event Freo hit back in this last quarter the umpires will intervene to hand Collingwood victory.

That was more so a reflection on us than them. We played beyond terribly that game.

Hard to pick the worst loss this season - probably GWS, but they kicked very flukily for half the game then our fatigue after the game in the wet against the cats caught up.

Freo loss and the carlton capitulation up there as well as brutal brutal losses.
