Carlton will be down with us. Richmond will probably tease by winning enough games to finish 9th to 13th. Both teams still rely heavily on their best few players. Ironically, I think Richmond have fewer than Carlton but Murphy and Gibbs are way below Martin in class. Cripps was down last night. So was Simpson - he and Murphy made some errors whereas Martin played close to a flawless game. Hard to look at him with those tatts but a super player.

You have to be able to do it yourself as well, not just let the opposition do it.

They have made the most of limited opportunities but I think the Pies have been the better team so far. Should be ahead if they kicked straight and hit targets in the 1st.
