Kumble's different, he plays in India with the up and down bounce, he is extremely disciplined and accurate with his bowling, and he does have a ripper wrong'un
Whitey's action didn't look good today, wasn't following through properly, hopefully he can bowl a lot better than that.

Kumble is a very similar bowler to white. Both whilst leg spinners greatest weapon is over spin. White is very young to be playing international cricket and could mature into more than handy bowler. Add to that he has the potential to hold down a future spot ont he Australian test side on batting alone and he is a fantastic prospect.
Already an upgrade on Hogg for the ODI team.

Whitey atm is nowhere near as disciplined and as accurate as Kumble, which is a huge part of Anil's success.
With the bat though, he might become a very good no.6, but he'd have to improve by 500% if he's to be a Test level spinner

White > Clark (Bowling wise, As a cricketer add 10 more >)
How ******** and pedestrian did Clark look? We might as well have Gillespie out there if we play duds like Clark. Nowhere near international standard and to be honest I don't even know how he's successful at domestic level.

I thought Clark looks quite decent.
I can't think of too many bowlers who are going to come out of it best when Gayle is going at 100%

Clarks alright. Pitch wasn't giving anything to the bowlers. Hence the best the World XI had got belted for 328.
Least he's not injured every 2nd week like the SA sensation.

Get over it mate, Clark is just a product of the biased NSW selection policy. I was a bit of a fan of him in the domestic comps, but how the hell is he lining up for Australia? He got smashed for 50 runs off 9 overs, 2 cheap tail wickets at the end made him look more respectable than he actually was. I'd rather see Nicholson get a go than Clark.Jaymin said:

He needs to be a NSW player clearly- Lee, Clark and to a lesser extent Bracken all hammered, he persisted with them.

Clark and Bracken were both taken off after 3. Lee, I think, had 4.

Hogg is now a great spin bowler, always taking wickets, rarely conceeding 50 runs, a great flipper and wrong un.
In England he avgd 17.90 with the ball, and his worst bowling perfomance was 1/52
In NZL he didnt do so well, avg of 47, but in Australia he averaged 23.46 and was dropped for a couple of games (one after taking 3/45).
If any of you think White is an Improvement on Hogg in the bowling department, you are flipping nuts. Oh yeah, Hogg also avg 30.00 with the bat in Aus.
In Hogg's last 35 matches he has averaged 24.88 with the ball taking 50 wickets and 25.54 with the bat.
Not Bad for someone who bats down at no.8.

He should not be able to bowl again at any level until he can turn his leg breaks. Not to mention his variations are very easy to read , at the end of the day batsmen just play him like a medium pacer.

Bloddy joke. He and Watto are the future for Australia and Watto seems to be getting a fair go however White is far from that. He should get a minimum of 7 overs tomorrow and should also get a bat. If he doesnt errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
