AFLW 2024 - Round 10 - Chat, game threads, injury lists, team lineups and more.
Most of them went for unders.Look at what other clubs manage to get for players that want out (Jackson, Dunkley, Hopper, Taranto, Bruhn etc)
AJ is far far more talented than Ollie and taller. He had no problem with the pressure against Melb and was a revelation.Just tonight for instance. Henry is playing and Johnson is not. I have a feeling that Johnson has given it his best shot already, revealing deficiencies when the pressure was on that will undermine future development. Henry on the other hand will be a star and would have been playing for us tonight if available. The 'Johnson is better' talk is just wishful thinking.
To be a superstar at 188cm, you need to have elite pace, endurance, and be proficient on both sides of the body.He showed tonight he's gonna be a superstar in a few years.
But we move on.
It would have been a nice gesture. For me, the saddest thing is that Ollie couldn't / didn't run over to wish Howe well.
I just couldn't fathom playing with someone for 2 years and seeing them get injured not go over and wish them well straight away.
Sad.
Jeremy Cameron did.It would have been a nice gesture.
He's a super bogan. Not a single Cats player went up to him. I would have if I played for the opposition.
Go to 3:10 hilarious
Jez Cameron did. That guy is a complete gun and all class!!It would have been a nice gesture.

Surprisingly so did Gary Rohan!Jeremy Cameron did.
How? He got his first goal with a cheap one over the top and his second one the umpire gave to him for a soft free kick, which he missed and the umpire felt sorry for him let him take the kick again and gave him 50 (I actually saw the umpire kick the goal for him as well). He got caught holding the ball in the goal square, from being a f*ckwit and thinking "Oh what kind of celebration can I give to the collingwood cheer squad here" then BANG! The only decent thing I can recall him doing was shooting off a quick handball in the pocket while being tackled that resulted in a Stengle goal.He showed tonight he's gonna be a superstar in a few years.

Pretty tough judgement. I don't think he would have known whether it was appropriate or not.For me, the saddest thing is that Ollie couldn't / didn't run over to wish Howe well.

This is about right, we are too quick to judgePretty tough judgement. I don't think he would have known whether it was appropriate or not.

I'm just speaking from my POV and experience.Pretty tough judgement. I don't think he would have known whether it was appropriate or not.
Ollie should have run over and instantly Miyagi’d his arm, upon which time Howe would have sprung up and swept Cameron’s leg without mercy.

Appropriate or not wouldn't have ever entered my mind.
But maybe there is more bad blood between him and the playing group than we know and that caused him to pause.
You're in the medical profession. Why don't we see more cupping to cure serious injuries. Mr Miyagi has shown how effective it is.
He played pretty well and didnt let the fan treatment get to him, kudos to him.
He knew it was coming, and think people just needed to get it off their chests. Don't reckon it'll be that bad going forward probably more like what Beams copped years after he left. May have been the closure we all needed. Time to move forward .
Hopefully Pete Evans himself is only 2 small steps away from obsolescence. We in the medical profession all became obsolete once Pete Evans brought aura-cleansing lamps to the masses.
I dunno Jen, if we keep getting the “aggro jazz hands” we might keep booing him back to the stone age, I reckon.
