Notes:
Round 1- I would love it, a Great Atmosphere and a Great Crowd for the Season Opener!
Round 3- We have not played Sydney at the SCG since 2005
Round 4- About bloody time ! We have not played St. Kilda at Skilled Stadium since 2004!
Round 8- Friday the 15th is my Birthday! :D
Round 10- We have not played Brisbane at the GABBA since 2006
Round 16- Geelong requested this as part of their 150 year Celebrations
Round 18- I love playing Brisbane at Skilled Stadium, a Long and Proud Tradition
Round 20- Unfortunately, this has to occur! :(
Round 21- I know, but it would make for a Great Atmosphere, and we haven't played them there since that forgettable day in 2006! :(
Round 22- I know, there's lots of Friday Night Matches, but I can't resist Friday Night Matches at the MCG!

Can any of you guys come up with one?
If so, Post it in on here!
Cheers! :thumbsu:

Is this the actual draw for 2009 ?

Never mind it's one you've made up.

I don't like the 5 day break between Round 8 and 9 especially against Collingwood and Dogs :(

It's an 8 Day Break, we play Collingwood on the Friday Night (Yeah, it's my Birthday!), and the Bulldogs on Saturday.
Don't you mean Round 7 and Round 8?

Personally I want the fixture to be as tough and unfair as possible - in a competitive and not in a commercial sense. We need to play more meaningful matches.

Agree. hard matches later in the season didnt mean much.

Need pies, hawks, roos, dogs, saints, carlton, twice

Glad to see two Collingwood matches, that'd be great!

Totally agree with you, mate!
We need to play Collingwood, Hawthorn, St. Kilda, Western Bulldogs and North Melbourne all twice! :thumbsu:
Would also like to see 9 Home Games at Skilled Stadium (Will never happen though!).

HI all,

I've written a tool to generate calendars for importing for any team (or all teams), with custom reminders etc.
It produces CSV and ICS (iCal) files, as well as PDF (no reminders obviously!).
It works with Outlook, iCal, Google Calendar etc etc.

It can be found here:
http://www.thismonkey.com/afl/2009/aflfixture-2009.shtml

Please take a look, and leave comments, ideas etc if you like.

Thanks
Scott
