I quite like that team Lockyer24, but I'm not sure sack will be fit to play

Our defensive matchups could be a worry then, we don't seem to have enough good defensive smalls to fully cover them. Especially if Heath plays in the midfield.

Ben Johnson will probably get a game then if Sack isn't ready. This will cause a problem as Harry will probably have to take Hill - not sure who else is suited to him.

I do think we only need one defensive tall, with L Brown backup if required.

I see Toovey is picked in most peoples best 22, I know he is improving with every game but he still worries me in a one on one contest under presure. What are your thoughts

He's been very good on Aker even running off him and burning him for pace. Certainty to get Aker again.

Shaw won't be playing in the midfield, if he does, it will only be short stints..

There has been a little bit of debate regarding Rusling for Rd 1. I am a huge fan of his and hope he can put his injury problems behind him this year. Pardon my ignorance but has he played any NAB Challenge games? If he hasn't then I can't see him being in our 22 against the doggies.

None, he was a bit too 'sore' to be in contention for the StK game, and then didn't get a chance in the others. Personally I like him, would be hoping to see him play 10+ games this season if he can prove he's worth the trouble.

Although, I think this side may need another tall forward. So it would either have to be Dawes, Rusling or Leigh Brown. But, seeing Leigh Brown can play back he would be my fist choice to assist the forwardline and be a backup for the defenders. So the side would look like this:
