If we lose 1 key defender, we are in trouble..and we already have!

Balta Is so versatile if we need him back for a game we know he can do the job.

But Im more inclined to think that they will bring in Miller to support Tarrant, Broad and Gibcus plus Vlustuin Im hearing will play.

Prestia pulls up from what? He was icing his hand but went back on. Are you taking the P155 or is Prestia really in doubt?

If we are missing Graham, Lambert, Grimes and Prestia then if the Blues minus just 1 x quality player in Walsh can’t beat us they never will.

Could play on a half back flank, enabling Tarrant and Broad to spread across, with Hugo.

With Grimes out, the backline could look something like this:

B: Vlastuin Tarrant Gibcus
HB: Rioli Miller Broad

+Short/Mansell

If the plan is still to play Balta forward, then Miller is needed for the other big forward.
Curnow/McKay is a pretty formidable duo size and strength wise, Tarrant and Balta would be up to the task, but if they want to keep him forward then Miller has to come in.

Agree but I think Doc and Walsh are pretty big outs don’t ya think? Both sides have injuries no need for either side to blame the loss on it.

McKay gives all sides trouble but Tarrant has spent 15 years on players like him so who knows, he is your ace up forward. Curnow is 192cm and plays up the ground, so Broad who is taller and good in the air.

A mismatch might be Gibcus on De Koning, but given Gibcus is 197cm with a massive leap he might be okay. De Koning is not a physical player. Miller is 198cm and more seasoned so he might get the nod.

Your backline is going to know it is playing with Balta joining Lynch and Jack.

If your midfield gets on top then you have a fair chance, but our midfield is full fit for the first time in a while. But Nank and Soldo will give Pittonet a working over and both are better, even more so combined.

Should be a good game.
