Travis Colyer disgusting and pathetic.

I wouldn’t really care if Reidy was delisted. As a mature age recruit, to get absolutely schooled by Zac Clarke might imply he never gets there.

Colyer hasn’t done one positive thing with the footy, and he’s cost Peel a goal with an ill disciplined 50m. Feel like it was poor form with the club delisting him mid week. Looks like he doesn’t want to be out there. Ditto Wilson, who looks to be playing injured, similar to what he’s looked like the past month, timid and scared of contact.

Wagner being sat on, Subiaco don’t care if the others rebound the ball, shut down Wilson and Wagner. Especially Wagner. It’s pretty effective.

Joel Hamling eats up pressure. The only highly effective afl listed player out there.

Emmett afl from > WAFL form. I hope his 2 afl games weren’t luck.

Davies has been ok defensively but provides nothing going the other way.

Worner is tough and has been ok.

O’Driscoll a non event, barely touched it.

Brodie probably the least effective 15 possession half I’ve seen. Handball turnovers are disgusting.

Very lucky there is a 2nd chance after this game. Peel needs dry weather.

It looks like Peel Thunder struggle to have an impact in wet weather which is reminiscent of the Dockers.

There’s a shocking discrepancy in the number of tackles between the teams. Guess who comes off second best?

I can’t see Peel winning this the way they’re currently playing.

This comment shows a bit of ignorance about what is required to add weight.

It is borderline impossible to add weight without also adding fat. The advantage of not making finals is a longer off season (pre-preseason) which gives more time to do a bulk/cut cycle.

Almost guaranteed they're going to be on 3500-4000 calorie intake at about 40/30/30 split of carbs/fat/protein. That's a s**t load of protein btw, this would require 2 to 3 protein supplements in a day plus protein for breakfast lunch and dinner.

They'll smash it in the gym, and add let's say 8kg (not exact numbers) over 8 weeks. From this they would be lucky if 2.5kg of that was muscle gain.

Then the cut starts, down to around 2500 calories (again don't know exact numbers cause everyone is different), on a similar macro split. The aim here is to be in about 500 calorie deficit per day and lose 0.5-1kg per week, but if you do it right, you will lose the fat you gained, but hold that 2.5kg muscle you put on.
The cut phase is obviously the hardest part, cause you're still smashing it in the gym, but you're feeling lethargic due to having to use existing stores of energy to fuel your sessions.

Time this all correct and your starting your pre season at a similar body fat %, but you're 3kg heavier than you were when the season ended.

You can only do this during the off season due to the need to gain 8-10kg in a short space of time.
Or go overseas and hammer the deca like fyfe

Pretty bad so far. I know it is wet but dropped marks by Emmett just cost a goal. Some fairly bad mistakes all round and complete lack of dare to take the game on through the middle. Emmett, Worner, Wagner, Brodie (even though he’s racked up possessions) noddy, grey, Colyer have all been below par so far.

They just moved it down the field to an inside fity with a series of uncontested marks yet when Peel move it its to a pack and contested, wtf is going on, lazy football.

Wemym is hilarious to watch, thinks he’s Shai Bolton
