In addition Tom Hawkins needs closer attention hes been in exceptional form by his standards of late with 11 goals in 3 games.

Seriously though, had a bit of a shocker today. We all know that he can play way above what he showed today, and he'll be really disappointed. But he's a great kid, and I'll back him to pick himself up and play to his best next week.

I did notice that before he kicked to Darling in the 4th quarter, he had a few looks behind him to see if anyone was there. He's learning

Nic Nat was great but tired towards the latter half. Just does not have the tank yet to play a full season then go the lone hand in a finals match.

Pendles was outstanding, as was Davis.

The complete opposite player to what he was as a forward.

I reckon a lot of effort will go into shutting Yarran's run down, hope he has a blinder but wouldn't be surprised if he is well held. A hard it, rock solid type like Jeremy Laidler is the sort of guy I reckon will really stand up in finals for Carlton with his 1% and team work.
