I don't think it would have been bar for the advent of Xenephon and SA Best, and all of this is basically down to him being ineligible through his citizenship in the Australian Federal Parliament. Surprised both the Libs and Labor didn't make more of this purely being X's 'fall back' position.

Yeah, I think that both were in a tough spot of if they played the man too hard they fell into his trap. Strategy would of been enough time and rope. The fact that his votes spilled rather than tipped to the Libs is where I fault them.
