To be fair, dot art is a staple of most Aboriginal paintings. To claim that Port stole the design from one particular artist might not all that accurate.

I'm pretty sure the girl stole the exact art and just made some colour changes. Like, the placement of the kangaroo is exact and everything, from what I was reading from the artist.

Port Power certainly have form in this space, so I wouldn't be surprised if they knew it was a design by someone else and went with it anyway.
An original thought for them would be a great achievement.
Better still just keep stealing ideas from others and pretend it is their own.

lol. It's literally a mirrored version of the stolen artwork with the Kangaroos removed and a slightly wider trail in the middle. It's not just the dots that are copied, the colour scheme and composition are also ripped off.

I'm pretty sure every club 'donates' the proceeds (or a share of) to their Indigenous programs. The jumpers wouldn't be allowed otherwise.

The student learns a lesson only after being embarrassed all around the country. That's not at all ideal.

Port hopefully learn a lesson too. Given the club lifted their logo from bigfooty I'm not sure they learnt it the first time.
