I like how he even gets picked after a few shitty years at the magpies and no other credentials. Based on performance you could select just about any head coach from the state leagues and done better.

I dont think Goldsack can be judged on the performance of the magpies. Ken said our depth is either crap or too young, which is why he played old, injured and out of form players, running them into the ground before the finals.

The club will obviously defend their position, maybe the AGM if they allow questions and don’t edit them like they have in the past will allow some transparency on these appointments. Whether they actively canvassed and interviewed other candidates, were any other coaches offered roles etc.

Chad Cornes as defensive coach in his first ever senior coaching role
That 2021 group at least has runs on the board.
