Week after is a bye. They want some of the finals shaping games on the Sunday to keep it exciting
It bizarre scheduling, given we are playing in one of only 2 games that will involved both teams playing finals, you would think a Friday night blockbuster on the cards given top 4 could be up for grabs. The other game is at MARS, who Im not sure have the facilities for a night game.

Of course, stick the irrelevant interstate teams as the last game of the season giving them the shortest break out of the finalists.

If weāre scheduled for a Thursday final, that would be the 12th day after the Fremantle game. I wonder if they take that into account if we or freo get a concussion
Probably depends on the player... if a Frankie evans probably not... If a butters or jhf, they will move our final to Wednesday to ensure they cant play.

Less time off is probably better at that time of year. The teams that play less in the finals haven't done that well recently.
