Hawthorn in Tassie at York Park

2001-06 8-4 when they shared it with St Kilda
2007-24 50-1-16 before today's game. That's a 75% win record since 2007.

Apart from Kardinia Park which since 2007 Geelong 116-20 for 85% win record, Its probably the 2nd best home ground advantage over the last 17 years.

Out of interest, who have they played there?

Got a feeling it wouldn’t have been Geelong, Sydney, Collingwood.

Would more likely be Port, GWS, GC, Freo etc.

I watch the Crows and see that they have a discernible game style and are well drilled, despite a lack of talent in certain parts of the ground.
Can't say the same thing about Port Adelaide.
Nicks can coach. They won't all of a sudden shoot up the ladder with the next guy.

Haven't played Collingwood, or Melbourne down there.

They have played Geelong once in 2007, Rd 4 before Geelong kicked into gear and beat them. The Geelong Easter Monday clashes started in 2010, so they swap home games at the MCG.

Played Richmond once in 2006 for a loss.

Played Essendon once in 2021 for a loss. Reckon Covid had something to do with that.

Played Carlton twice when Blues were crap in 2016 and 2019 and beat them both times.

Played Sydney twice for 2 losses in 2012 and 2022.

Its all about moving low drawing non Vic teams down there from the MCG as well as low drawing Vic teams down there. The 2007 onward deal with Tassie government is so good it doesn't make sense to play home games against North, Bulldogs and Saints at the MCG.

Check out their record at the following link and sort by opponent for more details

pretty wild Goodwin is getting all this heat and has won melbourne a premiership.

yet we have twinkle toes Hinkley who’s done **** all for us just sitting silently in the corner for the last 11 years

The port Adelaide board is truly pissweak
Expectations from Vic media
