If he remains a Melbourne player, he'll get off because Darcy Moore chose to slide and that was circumstances outside of Pickett's control.

If he publicly requests a trade to Port before the MRO makes an announcement, he'll be graded careless, high and severe. And the Tribunal will say "THe minimum for careless, high and severe is three weeks, but there were circumstance out of Pickett's control with Darcy Moore going to ground, thus we are going to suspend Pickett for 6 weeks."
