I get less and less convinced with Carr each day. A coaching box of Carr, Goldsack, Cornes, and probably Hartlett stepping up is not winning a flag.

The time for Carr was to come in this year. With new assistants. They didn't strike while the iron was hot and now who knows. I'll back him in but not with the same excitement that I would have.

I back in getting rid of Hinkley by any means though. He is a selfish cockroach that is incredibly hard to get rid of. At least we know if Carr doesn't work out we aren't going to have to sit through 12 years of him.

The amount of country footy errors and sunday footy efforts are widespread.

Less than 20 inside 50s in a half with your entire first choice midfield available says a fair bit.

Elite skills maybe, when he's not in a massive slump such as he's currently in.

But zero physicality, very little mental toughness or competitive spirit, and apparently close to zero leadership.
