Just another lazy sunday for many of the players today. Jogging everywhere, no urgency, 5m is close enough to my opponent and a coach that despite obvious issues right from the start has defaulted to the "I'll back the boys in" position which is really only a way of not having to make any calls because he actually has no idea wht to do.

Seen this movie many a time.

Wines should retire if that's the efoort from our VC. Jogging everywhere, panicing if the slightest risk of body contact is upon him, horrendous decision making and all up he's playing like a B grade country footballer.

Teakle - just a missive LOL

And any chance of actually repelling an Essendon attack from defense. Like most of the year, if teams get it down there they'll score.

4 weeks might be unders for Rioli of he has broken his jaw. I think it is pretty harsh, Rioli wasn't even looking at him when he hit, but it is what it is now

We seriously have the worst leadership group in the AFL.
Credit to DBJ, he has fought into this season and is doing a good job up forward fairly consistently.

Watching Jonas plead for teammates to pass to him from 20m away, when he is surrounded by opponents, tells you all you need to know about him.

Wines has been brushed aside and outmanoeuvred regularly in this, and previous matches. Parish has got him a number of times, and then late in that quarter Hind worked him over near the boundary to take a mark that was much easier than it should have been.

Kym Dillon specifically asked Chad Cornes about the fact that both of those guys are carrying the chain this year. Chad suggested both would come good but were sore. We can’t afford to carry two unperforming players week after week.
