Your eventual wife sounds like a very patient and tolerant woman.
As a man that has
- beaten demon souls ps3
- beaten dark souls x 2
- beaten dark souls 2
- platinumed dark souls 2 scholar of the first sin
- platinumed blood borne with dlc
- beaten dark souls 3 x 2
- got to the final boss of sekerio and rage quit
- beat Elden ring with 185 hours in it
I’ve realised that I might have a problem
Edit: demon souls originally wasn’t available in Australia. I was in Hawaii on holiday and my gf (eventual wife) and I walked 4 hours around Waikiki trying to find a game store that had it. Success.
I showed my bf and he said that “platinumming is seriously worrying because of the amount of hours you spend farming items” LOLWe love each other. What can I say.
comben on king
Corr on membrey
Biggie third tall helping out and rebounding northball style
good time to test it out to seeComben will get slaughtered by King.
After 3 days of straight getting destroyed by this boss, I literally had to take a mental health week off the Xbox before trying again. As a man that has

Ferbs you never cease to amaze me with your breadth of knowledge/experience. Seems like you've got at least a passing knowledge of everything that comes up.Have you played other From Software games?
Bugger. I'm too lateAt some point I'll play Sekiro. Before I get too old and my reflexes completely fail.

Definitely the most satisfying gaming experience I've had after beating him though.
Cheers. Jack of all trades master of none is what people used to say. (Altho what i'm best at is basically a volunteer job so who cares.)Ferbs you never cease to amaze me with your breadth of knowledge/experience. Seems like you've got at least a passing knowledge of everything that comes up.
Some people would say that's because he is good, dynamic and switched on. Personally after last year I'd say McKay is the first two only sometimes and that's when he is the third thing. Which didn't happen enough last year.
I know what you mean, back in the ball mouse days i didnt similar with minesweeper. I wouldnt even play it now given the effort to get anywhere near what i was doing would take far too long. Granted theres an element of luck solving it but to crack previous bests you soon have to recognize the number patterns with a side glance to be able to move on to the next part. Many years ago I tried playing the original Dark Souls and never finished it so last year/end of '22 I tried again and it took abou 30 hours of training just to be switched on enough to play the game. By training I mean playing the same s**t enemies over and over again (they respawned every time you stop to heal.)
There was a point where it clciked and I was able to beat all the enemies (except a few) that I came across and then there there was another point where I just got the game and could beat even the hardest bosses easily (until the last guy.). But my reflexes and situational awareness were *en acute by then. I was able to watch the first, tiniest moves of the enemies and begin reacting to them, even able to fake them a bit.
That probably took weeks, and a fair period of that was because it was raining so heavily I was unable to do anything else or even get off the property. It was like proper martial arts training or playing sport at a high level.
They are very difficult games. Mastering them means you have no other life. LOL.
Its like the way Sheeze can sum up the play unfolding by watching players move their heads.I know what you mean, back in the ball mouse days i didnt similar with minesweeper. From a scale of Jono Hay to Brian Lake, I think he’s closer to Lake but geez it’s a hell of a lot of cash to spend on a lock down full back when the rest of the league is moving towards having someone like Darcy Moore or Harris Andrews type thatll control the backline.I think McKay just had a s**t year. He’ll be good for Essendon imo.

I can’t see McKay ever becoming that player.
