Not quite, you got the 3 right though!

Richmond confirms that midfielder Dion Prestia suffered a minor hamstring injury in Wednesday night’s match simulation.

The 31-year-old will not play in the Club’s hit-out against Melbourne on February 18. However, he remains a chance to feature in the Community Series match against Collingwood on February 26.

reckon fair chance he never plays again

Wasn't slow, just didn't get his hands on it. Looks like the club was trying to play him in a half forward role which I don't think he knows how to play.

Reckon the kid could be a very good mid but we have so much depth in that area it is going to be hard for Sonsie to push his way through. Taranto, Hopper, Dusty, Baker, Graham, Dow, Prestia & Bolton. Reckon McAuliffe has even taken a spot from him going by the match sim.
Don’t think all Dow or McAuliffe are ahead of him necessarily it’s more about the potential role they are trying to fill depending on who else is available and who we might be up against

If they want in and under with a quick outlet it’s Dow

Big body with strong defensive game it’s McAuliffe

Or more outside receiver you go Sonsie

Yeah just going by what we saw in the match sim, would have like to have seen him given a few minutes in there but it was just the same guys all the way through.

Bolton will dominate playing as a legit small forward.
I not so sure. If he cna stop tryign to kick the leather off the ball he can be the best.

But I love Bolton with space running forward, he causes so much chaos.
Problem is fixed by cloning him and having 2

Reckon shai is more devastating around the ball with his breakaway speed , would need a very solid > 45G season to make this worthwhile , I’d be using Clarke and coult or cumbo in this role
He's kicked 43 in a season once before already and those guys aren't even close to Shai's level, plus I'd say at least one of those blokes, possibly 2, will be playing up forward alongside him anyway.

Just needs to stop rushing when he's kicking for goal. Caesar has mentioned his straight kicking at training once or twice so fingers crossed.

Camel already showing us that it wont be smooth sailing, and there will be a few speed humps

Iconic

Also if he can limit himself to only one 50m every 2nd game that would be awesome

One thing that will be interesting is how we go in terms of free kicks

We have been told our game style and coaching led to us giving away more so if that’s true we should be giving less away this year and Gold Coast should be getting penalised more

Oh Muddiemoose, what a classic.

Thats only half correct IMO...

If we got the ball in quickly when it's only 1v1's, then the high ball in would benefit Lynch and Jack (in the past obviously).

Where we go wrong is, we wait to set up defensively behind the ball, which allows the Oppo to flood numbers back, THEN we bomb it in to 1v2's and 1v3's, thats when we have lost the match
Agree. "Bombing" the ball (ie get it outta here) anywhere on the paddock is criminally stupid. Our smarter players (Meat, Bakes) will shift the ball ~ 3-10 metres where they will have a better chance of avoiding a turnover

Teams do not set up well for "toe pokes" and the like.

According to Luke Meehan …….wow he has been spot on with our injury list

Media very excited about Richmond's injuries.
Lead story on ch. 7
#everyonesgrandfinal
Who have we got out?

Prestia - Minor hammy, 2-3 weeks.
Vlastuin - Concussion. Should be right to go next week.
Bauer - Hammy niggle
Grimes - Calf. He's cooked.
Lynch - Foot. Due back full training in 2 weeks.

Am I missing someone? Can't really complain about that list if that's all of them.

You're in for surprise
You're in for a shock (ah)
In Richmond town streets
When there's darkness and fog (fog, fog, fog)
When you least expect Meehan
And you turn your back
He'll attack (attack, attack, attack)

Don't hold your breath.
