Concerned Clark is not in track. This is the time to cement your place in the starting team.
If he has had a setback, it could be real problems for him. Reckon this is his year to make or break. Won't be kept on like in previous years.
Will have a close look on Wednesday.

Must admit the names to positions on both A and B teams mighty impressive by BM. Don't expect the same amount of detail from me, but will try to point out anything topical with players and game style etc.

We need to see those players get a game first before we call them an upgrade. Not that long ago JVE was a highly rated draft pick.

Right here and now the 2022 draft from Van Ess on is pretty much a bust... not just for us but for pretty much every club. Though Freo have done well, and Essendon had a late father son in Davey.

But overall very few players from Van Ess on have shown much to date.

So yes he and Hotton were a bust for us, but as it has turned out probably any other players that we might have drafted that year would also have been busts.

I think the more realistic view is that it is slim pickings from Pick 19 on, and so if Keeler can come good then we will be well in front compared to virtually all other clubs in that part of the draft.

So Van Ess was more a low chance lottery pick in a weak draft that did not work out, rather than a "highly rated draft pick" that failed.

According to today's article on it it is all part of Club Experience Week for 2025bAFL hopefuls. As opposed to being driven by St Kilda.

After approximately half of the AFL Academy squad spent time at clubs for their training placements in December, another 12 players will be at clubs in January.

The 'club experience' week allows the 2025 draft hopefuls to see inside a club, train with the elite level and affords clubs the chance to get a better insight into the players ahead of their draft campaigns

Who is training at your club?

Heard he accidentally wondered into the gym, and before he could realise the mistake, the trainee receptionist boarded up the door with the hopes of Hunter actually picking up a bit of tin.

That explains how he got in, for if he had wandered in he would have needed the strength to have open the door.

Lets hope he can use his new found wondering ability in the midfield to pop about as an untouchable. ;)
