I wonder if Steene spent this year on the sidelines gaining size and strength in that body of his?
I'm hoping for the type of transformation we saw with Thilthorpe upon his return late this season.

Bring back the US high altitude training
Starting to see some Pies players more this week at AIA.
To me this is when they starting on their own programs set aside by the coaching staff and alike this would have been drawn up a few days after our round 24 match v Dees.
Holiday time was September.
Now they are coming back.
Copeland is one this Friday as well.
Take the weekend off.
Back to work next week.
Time goes fast.
Next Monday is the start of trade week.
